Dutch Twill Weave Architecture

Unlike plain weaves, Dutch Twill utilizes a larger warp wire and a finer weft wire woven in a "two over, two under" pattern. This creates a staggered, three-dimensional aperture path. This architecture allows for maximum wire density, resulting in an incredibly stable mesh that maintains its micron rating even under extreme hydraulic pressure and mechanical stress.

Material Science: AISI 316L / 1.4404

Our 316L (low-carbon) stainless steel is selected for its exceptional resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. The addition of molybdenum (2.0-3.0%) provides critical protection against chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking, making it the industry standard for marine environments, chemical processing, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Superior Acid Resistance
Thermal Stability to 800°C

Precision Manufacturing Protocol

Each loom is equipped with real-time laser monitoring to ensure constant tension-calibration of both warp and weft strands. This process guarantees zero-deviation across 100m+ production runs. Every square centimeter of the mesh is subjected to Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) to confirm uniform aperture geometry and wire integrity.

Galvanized electric welding mesh is a multifunctional metal mesh product made of high quality low carbon steel wire or iron wire welded into a mesh structure by electric welding process, and galvanized on the surface. It is widely used in construction, industry, agriculture, horticulture and infrastructure and other fields, with corrosion resistance, high strength, easy installation and other characteristics. The following will be a detailed introduction from the material and surface treatment, structural design, application scenarios, installation and maintenance, product advantages and other aspects.

Material and surface treatment
The galvanized electric welding mesh is made of high quality low carbon steel wire or iron wire as the base material, and the steel wire is welded into different size mesh structure by automatic electric welding process. After welding, the mesh is galvanized, usually including electric galvanizing and hot dip galvanizing two ways:

Electrogalvanizing: Zinc is uniformly covered on the surface of the mesh by electrochemical method to form a thin and uniform zinc layer. This treatment is low-cost and suitable for use indoors or in less corrosive environments.

Hot dip galvanizing: the mesh is immersed in molten zinc, so that its surface is covered with a thicker zinc layer, providing stronger corrosion resistance, suitable for outdoor or high humidity, corrosive environment.

The galvanized layer effectively enhances the anti-rust and anti-corrosion ability of the welding mesh, prolonging its service life, especially in the humid, acid-alkaline environment.

Structural design
Galvanized electric welding mesh is welded by the same diameter of steel wire, mesh is square or rectangular arrangement. The welding point is firm, the structure is stable, can withstand greater external force, and maintain the integrity and strength of the mesh. According to different application requirements, the wire diameter, mesh size and size of the mesh can be flexibly customized to meet the requirements of specific projects. The thickness of the standard mesh is usually from 1.5 mm to 6 mm, and the mesh size is from 10 mm to 200 mm, to adapt to different use scenarios and functional requirements.

Application scenario
Because of its wide applicability and excellent durability, galvanized welding mesh is used in many fields:

Construction industry: Used for building exterior walls, floor reinforcement, and concrete structural support. Galvanized electric welding mesh can enhance the stability of building structure and prevent concrete cracking and deformation.

Agriculture and horticulture: Often used to make animal fences, farm fences, plant support nets and greenhouse protective nets to provide protection and support functions.

Industrial field: Used in industry for equipment protection, mechanical fences, warehouse isolation nets, etc., to ensure equipment safety and isolation of the work area.

Infrastructure construction: Used for highway, railway guardrail and bridge protection network to provide long-term protection and security.

Home and garden decoration: Galvanized welding mesh is also often used for family fences, balcony protection and garden decoration, which is both beautiful and practical.

Installation and maintenance
The installation of galvanized welding mesh is very simple and is usually attached to the desired position by lashing, welding or using a fixed fixture. Due to the strong structure and light weight of the mesh itself, there is no need for complex tools during installation, which is suitable for various sites and project needs, especially when laying large areas, it is more efficient.

The galvanized mesh has excellent corrosion resistance, especially the hot-dip galvanized mesh, which can withstand wind and rain erosion in the outdoor environment, so there is no need for frequent maintenance. Simply check regularly for physical damage or loosening and clean contaminants.

Product advantage
Excellent anti-corrosion performance: The galvanized layer provides strong corrosion resistance for the welding mesh, which is suitable for outdoor and corrosive environment, and extends the service life of the product.

Strong structure: the welding process ensures the fastness of the mesh, the solder joint is strong, not easy to fall off or deformation, and can withstand greater external forces and shocks.

Easy installation: the mesh is lightweight, easy to handle and install, suitable for large area laying, saving labor and time costs.

Versatility: The variety of galvanized welding mesh specifications can meet the needs of different fields of application, from building reinforcement to horticultural protection, a wide range of applications.

Aesthetics and environmental protection: The surface of the galvanized mesh is smooth and uniform, which not only increases the aesthetics, but also has certain environmental protection characteristics, and is suitable for use in ecological projects.
