Engineered Excellence
The Stainless Steel Dutch Twill series represents the pinnacle of industrial filtration technology. Developed for mission-critical applications where failure is not an option, each roll undergoes rigorous material and geometric verification.
Dutch Twill Weave Architecture
Unlike plain weaves, Dutch Twill utilizes a larger warp wire and a finer weft wire woven in a "two over, two under" pattern. This creates a staggered, three-dimensional aperture path. This architecture allows for maximum wire density, resulting in an incredibly stable mesh that maintains its micron rating even under extreme hydraulic pressure and mechanical stress.
Material Science: AISI 316L / 1.4404
Our 316L (low-carbon) stainless steel is selected for its exceptional resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. The addition of molybdenum (2.0-3.0%) provides critical protection against chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking, making it the industry standard for marine environments, chemical processing, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Precision Manufacturing Protocol
Each loom is equipped with real-time laser monitoring to ensure constant tension-calibration of both warp and weft strands. This process guarantees zero-deviation across 100m+ production runs. Every square centimeter of the mesh is subjected to Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) to confirm uniform aperture geometry and wire integrity.
Industrial Use Cases
The Dutch Twill series is deployed in the world's most demanding environments. In Aerospace, it serves as the primary filter for high-viscosity hydraulic fluids. In Chemical Processing, it facilitates the separation of aggressive catalysts. For Fuel Cell Technology, it provides the necessary gas diffusion layer structure for efficient energy conversion.

Galvanized steel mesh is a kind of steel products with special process treatment, which is widely used in construction, industry and civil fields. It is through the process of stamping, drawing, etc., the steel plate is cut and stretched into a steel plate mesh with uniform mesh, and then galvanized to improve its performance and service life. The core feature of galvanized steel mesh is its galvanized layer, which gives the product a series of excellent properties, so that it can still maintain stable performance in harsh environments.
First, the key performance of galvanized layer
Strong corrosion resistance
The most significant advantage of galvanizing is its excellent corrosion resistance. The galvanized layer can form a dense protective film on the surface of the steel plate to prevent oxygen, moisture, salt spray and other corrosive substances in the air from coming into direct contact with the steel. Even in wet, acidic or alkaline environments, galvanized steel mesh can effectively resist rust and greatly extend its service life.
Strong weather resistance
Galvanized steel mesh can be used in a variety of climatic conditions, including extreme hot or cold environments. The galvanized layer can still maintain its protective effect in long-term exposure to the sun and rain and other environments, and will not rapidly age or lose function because of ultraviolet rays, rain or other harmful substances in the atmospheric environment.
Antioxidant capacity
Under the condition of long-term exposure to oxygen, the metal is prone to oxidation reaction, resulting in a decline in performance. The galvanized layer has excellent oxidation resistance, which can significantly delay the oxidation rate of the steel plate and ensure that the structural strength and appearance of the steel plate mesh remain stable for a long time.
Self-healing function
Another outstanding feature of the galvanized layer is the ability to self-repair. When the surface of the galvanized layer is slightly scratched or damaged, zinc can react with oxygen in the air to form a new zinc oxide film to fill in the damaged part. This self-healing performance further enhances the durability and protection of the product.
Second, product structure advantage
Galvanized steel mesh not only relies on the protection of the galvanized layer, but also brings significant advantages to its unique mesh structure:
High strength and lightweight
The mesh treated steel plate has high strength and low weight, which reduces the amount of material used while maintaining the load-bearing capacity, thus reducing the overall weight of the product. This makes the galvanized steel mesh in actual use can provide enough strength, but also easy to transport and install.
Air permeability and water drainage
The mesh structure makes the galvanized steel mesh have good permeability and water drainage, especially suitable for scenes with special needs for ventilation, heat dissipation and drainage, such as fences, protective nets, foot pedals and so on.
Beautiful and durable
The appearance of galvanized steel mesh is smooth and flat, the mesh distribution is uniform, and it has a certain decorative effect. In a variety of engineering and architectural applications, it can be used as a functional material, as well as a decorative and beautifying role.
3. Application fields
Due to its excellent corrosion resistance, durability and strength, galvanized steel mesh is widely used in the following fields:
Building protection: Used in building exterior walls, stair treads, guardrails, Bridges and other protective facilities to ensure safety while having a long service life.
Industrial facilities: In industrial production, galvanized steel mesh is widely used as a protective cover for mechanical equipment, partition of factory workshops, exhaust facilities, etc.
Garden design: In landscape design, galvanized steel mesh can be used as fences, flower beds and other design elements, both practical and beautiful.
Transportation facilities: such as highways, railways, Bridges on both sides of the fence, barriers, etc., to provide effective security.
