Engineered Excellence
The Stainless Steel Dutch Twill series represents the pinnacle of industrial filtration technology. Developed for mission-critical applications where failure is not an option, each roll undergoes rigorous material and geometric verification.
Dutch Twill Weave Architecture
Unlike plain weaves, Dutch Twill utilizes a larger warp wire and a finer weft wire woven in a "two over, two under" pattern. This creates a staggered, three-dimensional aperture path. This architecture allows for maximum wire density, resulting in an incredibly stable mesh that maintains its micron rating even under extreme hydraulic pressure and mechanical stress.
Material Science: AISI 316L / 1.4404
Our 316L (low-carbon) stainless steel is selected for its exceptional resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. The addition of molybdenum (2.0-3.0%) provides critical protection against chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking, making it the industry standard for marine environments, chemical processing, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Precision Manufacturing Protocol
Each loom is equipped with real-time laser monitoring to ensure constant tension-calibration of both warp and weft strands. This process guarantees zero-deviation across 100m+ production runs. Every square centimeter of the mesh is subjected to Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) to confirm uniform aperture geometry and wire integrity.
Industrial Use Cases
The Dutch Twill series is deployed in the world's most demanding environments. In Aerospace, it serves as the primary filter for high-viscosity hydraulic fluids. In Chemical Processing, it facilitates the separation of aggressive catalysts. For Fuel Cell Technology, it provides the necessary gas diffusion layer structure for efficient energy conversion.

Our BBQ Wire Mesh is crafted from premium food-grade stainless steel, woven into a fine, durable grid that delivers even heat distribution across every inch of your grill surface. Whether you’re cooking shrimp, asparagus, mushrooms, small-cut meats, or fish fillets, this mesh keeps your food perfectly in place while allowing smoke and flame to circulate freely — locking in flavor and creating that authentic char you love.
Designed to fit standard gas, charcoal, and kamado grills, it’s built for serious grillers who want versatility without compromise.
Even heat distribution: Fine mesh weave spreads heat uniformly, eliminating hot spots and ensuring consistent cooking results.
Non-stick surface: Smooth steel wire finish prevents food from adhering — no more lost shrimp or broken fillets on the grill.
Easy to clean: Dishwasher safe and quick to rinse by hand. Stainless steel resists grease buildup and food residue.
Durable construction: Heavy-duty 304-grade stainless steel resists warping, rust, and corrosion even after hundreds of uses.
Universal fit: Compatible with gas, charcoal, pellet, and kamado grills. Available in multiple sizes to match your setup.
Foldable & portable: Rolls or folds flat for compact storage. Perfect for camping, tailgating, and outdoor cooking on the go.
Industrial
Applications
Our Dutch Twill mesh is the gold standard for high-viscosity liquid filtration and precision gas separation across aerospace and pharmaceutical sectors.
Warp/Weft Precision
Each strand is tension-calibrated during the weaving process to ensure zero deviation in aperture geometry across 100m+ continuous rolls.
Chemical Resistance
The 316L alloy composition provides superior resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride environments and acidic conditions.
