Dutch Twill Weave Architecture
Unlike plain weaves, Dutch Twill utilizes a larger warp wire and a finer weft wire woven in a "two over, two under" pattern. This creates a staggered, three-dimensional aperture path. This architecture allows for maximum wire density, resulting in an incredibly stable mesh that maintains its micron rating even under extreme hydraulic pressure and mechanical stress.
Material Science: AISI 316L / 1.4404
Our 316L (low-carbon) stainless steel is selected for its exceptional resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion.
