Dutch Twill Weave Architecture
Unlike plain weaves, Dutch Twill utilizes a larger warp wire and a finer weft wire woven in a "two over, two under" pattern. This creates a staggered, three-dimensional aperture path. This architecture allows for maximum wire density, resulting in an incredibly stable mesh that maintains its micron rating even under extreme hydraulic pressure and mechanical stress.
Material Science: AISI 316L / 1.4404
Our 316L (low-carbon) stainless steel is selected for its exceptional resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. The addition of molybdenum (2.0-3.0%) provides critical protection against chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking, making it the industry standard for marine environments, chemical processing, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Precision Manufacturing Protocol
Each loom is equipped with real-time laser monitoring to ensure constant tension-calibration of both warp and weft strands. This process guarantees zero-deviation across 100m+ production runs. Every square centimeter of the mesh is subjected to Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) to confirm uniform aperture geometry and wire integrity.
